We're in an excellent, central location with great access, less than an hour from London and several international airports; Cambridge city is compact and easy to get around on foot with great connections to the wider region.

With centrally-located bed and breakfast (B&B) rooms available per person, per night, it offers a cost-effective option for those looking for city centre accommodation. You could trace the footsteps of graduates such as Marr, Newton, Darwin, Wordsworth, John Cleese, and Prince Charles. Cambridge is situated in the East of England, 60 miles North of London and very well placed for access by road, rail and air.
Cambridge has a fast train service to and from London Kings’ Cross, which is adjacent to St Pancras for Eurostar connections. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes and several fast trains depart each hour, to check exact arrival and departure times please visit National Rail. Cambridge has two train stations, Cambridge and Cambridge North, the latter is convenient for venues in the north of the city and the Cambridge Science Park, most delegates will arrive into Cambridge train station which is situated a mile from the historic centre. Frequent local buses and taxis are available for those who would prefer not to walk.
London Stansted is situated 30 miles south of Cambridge and offers a number of routes to and from Europe and other UK destinations. Direct routes to Cambridge by National Express bus services and trains are available and taxis are plentiful.
London Gatwick, London Heathrow, London City and London Luton are all within 1-2 hours drive of Cambridge and accessible by public transport via connecting bus and train services in London.
Long-distance coach services to and from Cambridge from UK destinations are run by National Express. The Cambridge coach station is close to the city centre and there is an adjacent taxi rank.
For delegates that prefer to drive, Cambridge offers a number of Park & Ride sites on the outskirts of the City and journey times into the centre take just a few minutes. If overnight parking is required for your delegates we can offer group rates for central parking locations, Cambridge City Council can offer more information on this service.
