We are looking for volunteers to help us deliver the Cambridge Neuroscience-CamBRAIN’s interactive event at the Cambridge Festival, Build a (Cam)BRAIN. It will feature as part of the festival’s family weekend on the weekend of 23th-24th March.
This is a really fun event, with thousands of visitors across the weekend, so a fantastic chance to work on those sci-comm skills. Full training will be provided in advance, so don’t worry if you are new to the sci-comm world – by the end of the weekend, you will be an expert!
As a volunteer you will deliver hands-on activities including crafts, microscopes and brain games to teach all about the brain and neurons to a family audience. You can be at any career stage (PIs – don’t be shy) and you can sign up for as many time slots as you wish.
