The purpose of this event is twofold: to raise awareness of careers in AI to neuroscience postgraduate and Early Career Researchers (ECRs), and to give the chance for commercial organisations to acquire and diversify their talent pool. We know that our early career members are highly motivated and interested in different career pathways, and wish to help them fulfil their ambitions.
Programme:

10.50am: talks from Arca Blanca data scientists
Talk 1: Holly Summers (Arca Blanca) ‘The career path of a data scientist’
Talk 2: Speaker TBC
11.20 am: presentation from Akseli Ilmanen, BNA placement student
11.30 am: Open Q&A with co-chairs and attendees
12.30 pm: In-person attendees: networking lunch and refreshments. Meeting ends for online attendees.
