Royal Society Career Development Fellowship Info Session – 9th November 2023
The Royal Society is visiting the University of Cambridge on the 9th November 2023.
During the visit, representatives will introduce a new exciting scheme, the Career Development Fellowships, which provide funding to conduct high-quality research and a comprehensive programme of mentoring, training and networking opportunities to support award holders in establishing a successful research career in the UK. The initial round of the scheme will be a pilot for STEM researchers from Black heritage.
Presentations from relevant internal University representatives (e.g. the Postdoc Academy, current Royal Society fellowship holder(s), etc) will also be included in the session, and it will conclude with a Q&A.
This is a unique opportunity to hear about this new scheme from the Royal Society and is aimed at potential supervisors as well as interested candidates. Please share widely across your networks.
