Eleanor Pegram

I am interested in neurodevelopmental conditions including autism spectrum disorder and Rett syndrome. I have a background in biological chemistry and experience evaluating molecular mechanisms of dysfunction. However, I hope to expand my interests to consider how molecular dysfunction can lead to changes in network properties. I'd particularly like to approach these questions using computational modelling and ideas from graph theory.
