The objective of this project is to select subgroups of autistic individuals based on immune profiles that are identified by altered peripheral cytokine profiles using extant literature, existing samples, new samples, the Allen Human Brain Atlas (AHBA) and UK Biobank datasets. This project will examine whether their immune profiles predict the following: 1. The presence and magnitude of particular comorbidities (anxiety, depression, and gastrointestinal symptoms) and negative symptoms, as identified via questionnaires 2. The functional alteration of particular neuroanatomical structures, as identified via MRIs and confirmed by a comparison with the Allen Human Brain Atlas (AHBA)
