My work looks at social behaviours emerging across development, and how regions within the prefrontal cortex contribute to their regulation (or lack thereof). The prefrontal and anterior cingulate cortices are heterogeneous structures with different regions displaying varied maturational profiles. I am interested in examining how delayed maturation can predispose this region to further stressors in adulthood.
