    Interests

My PhD project focuses on identifying treatments for cerebral small vessel disease and vascular dementia based on multi-omics data. Currently, I am exploring whether existing medications can mitigate the risk of cSVD for individuals prone to developing metabolic diseases. Moving forward, I am eager to explore novel biomarkers to stratify cSVD patients at high risk of developing poor prognoses, such as vascular cognitive impairment, and dementia, and identify drug targets for cSVDs based on genetic and proteomic data. I aspire to contribute impactful therapeutic strategies for individuals contending with neurological diseases and those at elevated risk, furnishing biomedical and epidemiological evidence to support clinical trials.
