Present your research poster at CNS2026
UPDATE: All poster presenter spots have been filled and we are no longer accepting new abstract submissions.
There will be a poster exhibition held during the conference with poster prizes (2 x £200 awards). This is a wonderful opportunity for students, early career researchers, and other researchers to talk about your research and network with ~250 neuroscientists and industry delegates.
A group of neuroscience experts from the University of Cambridge will judge the posters, providing a unique opportunity to practice your presentation skills and receive valuable feedback on your research.
Posters can cover any of the six themes of Cambridge Neuroscience.

How to submit an abstract
UPDATE: All poster presenter spots have been filled and we are no longer accepting new abstract submissions.
Any delegate can submit a poster abstract. To register your abstract for poster presentation (and to be considered for the Data Blitz), you must register your attendance as normal and select the option for presenting a poster. You will then receive a confirmation email that will contain a link to upload your abstract with all of the formatting guidelines (2000 characters).
You can present more than one poster if you wish – submit any additional abstracts in the same way. UPDATE: All poster presenter spots have been filled and we are no longer accepting new abstract submissions.
For Cambridge Neuroscientists, it is more efficient if you are logged in when you submit your abstract because a record will be kept on your profile.
You will be informed whether your abstract is selected for the Data Blitz session by the 23rd of March. If you accept, you will then need to send your presentation slides by the 30th of March. More information below.
Preparing your poster
Poster boards will be 1 metre (w) by 2 metres (h). The optimum size for posters is A0 portrait (i.e. 841mm (w) x 1189mm (h)). Please print your posters beforehand and bring them with you ready to be put up on the day.
At the event registration, you will receive a symposium brochure where you will find your allocated poster number. Poster boards will be numbered – proceed to your poster board and hung up your poster. Velcro will be provided.

Data Blitz at CNS2026
The Data Blitz session will take place during the main programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for students and Early Career Researchers to present your poster to the wider audience and discuss your results during a short (3min) presentation.
Abstracts for the Data Blitz will be selected from submitted poster abstracts. If you are selected, you will be notified by the 23rd of March. If you accept, you will then need to send your presentation slides by the 30th of March. Successful Data Blitz presenters will still have to present a poster.
