I am a MRC-DTP PhD student working at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit and the Department of Psychiatry. My research uses a mixed-method approach to map the relationship between social media use and youth?s mental health. Specifically, I analyse data from large-scale national surveys to examine the link between social media use and mental health in adolescence, and complement this with qualitative research. Overall, I aim to map the complex interplay between digital technologies and youth?s mental health to inform clinical research, practice, education, and policy.
